Sizing

Styles are available in Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large, and occasionally in Extra Extra Large. Overall sizing is not hugely generous and we offer the following guideline:

Small - Size 8-10
Medium - Size 10-12
Large - Size 12-14
Extra Large - Size 14-16
Extra Extra Large - Size 16-18

Leg lengths tend to vary depending on style and fabric, but generally they are a 32-33". If you are unsure please ring one of the girls who are always on standby with their measuring tapes. For all of you with shorter/longer legs we are looking into having different leg lengths manufactured.

Rapid Dry

RapiDry® is a registered trademark exclusively for Casall.
RapiDry® gives you the feel and softness of cotton with the benefits of advanced fibre technology. During active sports it is important for people to stay cool. Clothes create an obstacle in this case, they acts as a barrier to evaporation, causing vapour to condense between the skin and the garment. Trapped perspiration results in discomfort, leaving you feel too hot during exercise or too cold immediately after exercise. Synthetic fibres like polyester and polyamide are ideal for sportswear; flexible, lightweight, and elastic, but the problem is that they are usually water repellent and form a barrier that prevents perspiration from escaping.

RapiDry®, with its unique characteristics, improves the absorption and evaporation. It is treated with a special hydrophilic finish, which absorbs the perspiration from the body very fast, allows transport of moisture to the garment surface and spreads the moisture out on a bigger surface where it dries very fast. This fabric absorbs moisture 50% faster than other similar nylon fabrics, which makes it excellent for active sports. Another important characteristic of the fabric is that it keeps the colours bright and clear, wash after wash. RapiDry® keeps you feeling dry and prevents you from feeling cold after exercise. RapiDry® is a highly advanced technical fabric with a soft and natural feeling. The stretch and recovery characteristics give the greatest freedom of movement, make the garments crease resistant, shrink resistant and hold it shapes. RapiDry® is fully breathable, resists moisture and odor entrapment.

The composition of RapiDry® is 91% Polyamide and 9% Elasthane, and in our collection for Autum/Winter 07 we use 2 weights; 200 gr/m2 with quality number 601 and 240 gr/m2 with quality number 600. The manufacturing process of RaipDry® is made in a well-sealed system, causing less pollution and making it gentler on the environment than many other fibres.

Sensitive

This is an excellent quality for all types of activities. The fabric has a combination of 72% Meryl® microfibre and 28% Lycra®. The structure of the sensitive fabric is a special patented structure that reduces the thickness by half which gives optimum freedom of movement. The fabric has an excellent shape retention which means that the garments will keep its shape and fit wash after wash. The structure of the fabric also allows maximum air permeability, where it absorbs the moisture quickly and which allows the fabric to dry fast. The presence of the Meryl® microfibre in the Sensitive® fabric aids the absorption and eventual evaporation of body moisture, ensuring temperature control in any situation. The colours of the fabric are very clear and bright and it has a very high resistance to chlorine which makes the colours stay through several washes. Thanks to its high content of Lycra® by DuPont, the resistance to chlorine of Sensitive® is 25% greater than other warp-knitted fabrics. The sensitive fabric is perfect for high performance activities due to optimal muscular compression during dynamic movement. The four-way stretch capacity of Sensitive® guarantees support without compression and complete freedom of movement, for a great feeling of comfort, 24 hours a day. We use 3 different weight competitions of Sensitive with different combination of Polyamide and Elastane; Plus, Classic and Power.

The garments that are made with Sensitive® fabrics can be washed by hand or in a washing machine, dry quickly and do not need ironing. They are non pilling, in other words the fabric surface does not react to rubbing and retains its appearance over time. They are also resistant to chlorine and sea salt.

Modal

Naturalness plays a key role in Modal®. The fibre is made from beech wood fibre (mostly from Christmas tree, spruce), and is a 100% natural. The pulp used for fibre production is made by Lenzing to guarantee consistent and reliable quality. The Chemicals and secondary products which occur during the production process are sold as valuable substances. One example of this is wood sugar which is further processed to sweeteners.

Cotton and modal is an excellent complement to each other and the properties of the cotton and modal fibres are very similar. The dyeing behaviour of modal enables tone-in-tone dyeing in the blend since modal has the same dyeing effect as cotton. Also, modal improved the yarn regularity and helps to attain better fabric surface.Cotton is a 100% natural fibre from the cotton plant and Modal® is made of natural cellulose fibre, with is melted together with different chemicals. The fabric absorbs the moisture well and it is very pleasant to wear because of its softness and high dimensional stability. It is also very important to know that the brilliant colours stay in the garments after repeated washes - the fabric has a high colourfastness.

The modal fibre remains wonderfully soft even after repeated washing and retains its color brilliance. The superior softness factor makes Modal® the softest fibre in the world ideal for body conscious. The low fibre stiffness of modal makes it a natural softening agent. Combined with its smooth fibre surface Modal® guarantees:
