Once you have placed an order either online or over the telephone we will endeavour to despatch the items as soon as possible, subject to card authorisation and availability. If an item is not held in stock with us, we will order it in and send it on as soon as we receive it. If this is the case you will only be charged once per order for delivery however many parcels we send.

 

All orders will be despatched Royal Mail 'signed for', so they will require a signature on receipt, this way we can track when an order has been delivered or if it has gone back to your local sorting office.  We recommend you use a daytime address so there is someone  avaliable to sign for the parcel.

 

- UK DELIVERY OPTIONS -

Standard delivery - £4.95, 6 items or more - Free of charge.

Orders are usually despatched the same or next day, and you should expect to receive your items in approximately 3-5 days, however we do ask you to allow up to a week before contacting us to track the parcel as in busy periods it may take longer.

 

Next day delivery - £7.95

Orders will be despatched the same day for receipt the following day, if placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday.

Delivery to Europe - £12

Delivery to Non-Europe  (Rest of World) - £18
